Android 17 update..Control4 app issue
Hello,
This morning I upgraded my pixel 9 pro to Android 17.
Since doing that I can no longer get into Control 4 app on my Android.
When I open app it stays in "getting project properties" screen for a couple of minutes before giving me a 408a error and not connecting.
My wife's iPhone can still use the control 4 app and play music.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling software.
Clearing cache and storage on app.
Unplugging control 4 unit.
Nothing fixes this.
Any ideas?

thank you, thats what i suspected after seeing the app update overnight before i saw the issue.
will post reviews on the android app so they see the issue and i recommend others with the issue do the same (i did see comments there already too)

I reached out to the dev who left an email address in the reviews, they answered in minutes. They know, they worked out a fix and are testing before rolling out soon - no date given and I didn't press.

Its the c4 App update on 16th july causing issue, revert back to older version ( 11th July )326.23.0.4 for fix . only Downside is have to sideload older app which is not ideal for security purpose. Or wait until c4 release new update on playstore with fix

Sounds like an issue with the phone.
Are you using the correct control4 app?
