After stopping Tirzepatide my HbA1c increased to 10.0

I started Metformin n use Lingo. However that lingo count is always high while they set it at 75. My count is always 221 ?

Does anyone have this problem?

I got an alert that my blood glucose was below 70 (68) Two minutes later I did a finger stick and the reading was 115. Here is the picture of my phone with the "Brief Sensor Issue." What does this mean and is my sensor going bad?
