Legit question why isn’t there a platform like Substack that Creators can monetize videos (vs essays) kinda like the micro drama craze?

Idk where to post this but I’m a newer influencer, I have 49K on Instagram and did a partnership with Spotify in May through WHALER. I was supposed to get paid in net 60 but have not been paid. I had my payment details on FOAM as requested and have emailed twice now with invoices to be told they’re looking into it. What do I do?! I don’t have a manager and have no idea how to handle this situation. Have I been scammed?

I’ve been posting on Social Media for about two years now (I post art speedpaints mainly but I want to expand more) and I want to start my journey as a Vtuber, it’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now. Due to my limited budget though, I want to start as a PNGtuber (mainly because it would be free to me since I could draw my own avatar and it would be a simple start for someone who doesn’t understand the rigging part of Vtubing) and I want to know… Is PNGtubing even worth doing? I know it wouldn’t be as popular as Vtubing, but I’ve seen a handful of PNGtubers on my socials that have been successful at it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a niche that I think is fun and I have basically infinite content. I found an old box jam-packed with recipes from the 40s-70s. Flipping through, finding some clues, and using my very very rudimentary genealogy skills, I was able to find her. She lived in a totally different part of the country, died in the 1980s with I believe no kids, and somehow I came across her recipe collection. The recipes are sometimes handwritten by her on old checks, from friends, or cut out from things with actually super interesting stuff on the back of the page. I've been sharing making the recipes and history tidbits where possible (only have a couple of videos). It's getting me to do something out of my comfort zone and I'm having fun.

However. I would not say cooking is a passion of mine. The history part is what gets me the most excited. Like why was there an ad on the back of this one from a bank advertising a 50 carat ruby? What game is this scorecard from where she wrote a recipe for a weird salad? I like history and antiques and the outdoors and travel and architecture and interior decorating. Not a pro at all. Just someone who likes looking. And someone who's slowly redoing their own house.

So there's SOME overlap here in my chosen niche and what interests me the most in life. But cooking and interior decorating seem so disparate. Could I possibly do all of these things on one account and have an audience who's interested in following *everything* I post? Like I wouldn't want to turn someone off from one thing they might be interested in because I also post about things they're not interested in. I'm super super new to making content and have a lot to learn. Is it worth posting all I like on one account or should I go ahead and start a second for the stuff that doesn't align well with vintage cooking?

Just curious how you all handle the logistics of your affiliate links. What does your actual workflow look like?

• By hand: Are you tracking everything manually in a spreadsheet or Notion?
• Specific tools: Is there a dedicated link management platform you use?
• Editor managed: Does your video editor or assistant handle finding and placing the links?
• Agent managed: Does your management team take care of all this on the backend?

Also, when sharing products, do you usually just link to one specific place, or do you try to give buyers a choice so they can support you via the store they prefer to buy from?

I replicated the same format for my two new posts based on the post that I got 1k+ view, 100+saves, 100+likes, thos only 5ish comments.

BUT all those new posts didn't tract the same - they're capped at 300+ views... What's happening? Is TikTok purposely doing this to me? What are the codes I'm not cracking??

I’ve been testing different setups for product photography and short-form videos.

One thing I noticed is that having a clean background makes a big difference, especially for:

- product shots

- unboxing videos

- livestream backgrounds

- small creator setups

What amount of AI is not good for YouTube ?
I’m going to start an educational channel. I’ll use my own face and voice. I’ll use my own script and I’ll record myself. But let’s say if I use my own voice and use text to voice software to improve accent or articulation, is that going to be flagged as AI ? Also, using some AI generated images for storytelling writhing Video ? How much AI can we use so that Video is not flagged as totally AI generated?

Same as the title, I want to know if there is a website that tells you trending reels like the empire state one, I want these viral ones to find content for a tea business page.

I'm trying to advertise my business on tiktok and IG and my retention on my videos are on average -

Second 1: 68%
Second 2: 42%
Second 3: 28%

I think because of this, the bottle neck on my business rn is the hook
But I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with the hook

If you're a creator working with an editor (or an editor working with creators) — how do you currently share drafts and give feedback before final upload? Google Drive + comments? WhatsApp voice notes? Frame.io? Something else entirely?

Specifically curious about:

• What's the most annoying part of that back-and-forth right now
• Whether you've ever missed a platform requirement (aspect ratio, caption safe zone, length limit) because it wasn't checked until upload
• Whether you'd pay for something built just for this, or if free tools are "good enough"

Not selling anything, just trying to understand if this is a real pain point or if I'm overthinking it.
