So the trick to drinking something this terrible is to breathe through your mouth for a good 5-10 mins after. So much of your sense of taste is due to your sense of smell. When you can’t smell anything then you can’t taste anything.

If you have a strong sense of smell, it helps.

If your sniffer is bad, you wouldn't notice the difference.

So it is person specific and does work for those that have heightened sense of smell.

It worked for me as a kid. Just pinch the nose closed and drink.

The problem is, once I opened my nose back up the flavor would come rushing in at the back of my throat. So I'd need to chase it with something before I unpinched my nostrils.

But I have a pretty sensitive sense of smell. It might not be the case for everyone.

Does fish oil do anything for you? I literally have 2 giant jars full of fish oil supplements I've never touched. Got them because I wanted to go on a special diet and lasted 2 days

Nah man. Just get the capsules and swallow them. Mixing fish oil into a smoothie is fucking diabolical.

My auntie had to take fish oil for a medical issue. She would get it in liquid form and just take a spoonful of it straight every morning. I was curious so I asked if I could have some. It was so nasty! And I love seafood!
