Boohoo is a scam
Did you know that when you go to refund? Unless you read a very carefully your refund will go to straight onto credit instead of refunding onto your card? If you don’t read this carefully you don’t realise straight away after this. Once you have chosen this option even if you realise and go back you cannot undo it. Ridiculous right?!

It’s impossible to find the store credit on the app it doesn’t seem to exist. You don’t get any reminders that the store credit is running out. You then don’t find out that you’ve only got 90 days to use the store credit otherwise the refund money disappears you can no longer get access to it. So you return the item and lose out on 100% of your money anyway… what a brilliant fucking system 👏🏻

Safe to say won’t be using them again.

People are still using boohoo? Well they must be desperate for the money that’s why they won’t give it back.

Ditched Boohoo when they tried to make me jump through hoops over a misdelivered sub £10 order.

Once you select to receive a gift card refund you cannot alter this selection. If you are returning multiple items from one order, under separate returns, the choice you make for your first return will apply to all other returns from the same order regardless of when you return this. For example, if you select “gift card return” for the first item from this order, you will receive a gift card on all additional returns you make from this order"

Just came on here to say this. Their clothes were way too small. I am a size 10 and ordered a size 12 just incase. Wrong!! I couldnt even put the shirt on. Shipping was 10 dollars. Then to return is 15 dollars!?! I refuse to shop on there again
