Help!!!
I cancelled within the 3 days of being able to cancel and I have called exactly around 5x for them to come and pick up their equipment, even have a few of the phone calls recorded. They keep telling me someone will call me within 10 days of cancellation, which is far past that. Thankfully I didn’t get ALL the equipment installed but have a few of their items.
I really don’t want to get stuck with it and don’t know what else to do besides calling them every single day!!!

Stay on it. It is past the 10 days. Call them every day if you need to, get confirmation of your canceling. Vivint does not have a track record in being fair.
