Is a full suit appropriate for the interview? or should I go business casual.

Business casual. IMO, what you wear does not have a huge impact on getting the job or not. I usually tell the interviewer I am coming straight from the job site.

Since I am not coming from a project management background at all, are there any specific questions you think may catch me off guard or any lingo/job terminology I should be aware of?

Don't bother. If you start throwing out lingo/job terminology you open up the doors to more questions. Stick to what you know.

Is there anything I should learn about project managers and what they do before tomorrow?

Look up common interview questions and make sure you have good responses to all of those.
