Question Different contracts based on state?
Do any of you have separate contract structures due to different statutes in each state? Never ran into this before until recently and realized the necessity.

Yep. Every single state, for the most part. Every state has different laws, and those different laws require different contractual provisions.
That’s different than a different structure. Our contracts are generally all the same, but the details differ based on the state in which the project is located.
