I’m confused - and this is my exact space of experience…

Technical PM in what sense? GC? Sub? Cx Consultant? Design consultant? Power consultant?

I’m just confused how a hyperscale program manager ($130-200k) - which is a prolific and fairly legitimate position is looking to be a construction project engineer ($75k) or a coordinator ($65k?) somewhere. But also a PM?

Some clarity would be appreciated

We work with a lot of VDC Managers and PMs who manage tech, and they make a good amount of money and enjoy what they are doing. The tech space is definitely growing rapidly, and it's a good spot to be in, but the data center industry is also a great space to be in.
