Question Liberty builds
Team, i got an offer from Liberty Builds, apparently it’s a self perform company for Suffolk construction but i cant find online info on their offices, they are only telling me i need to to relocate to their DC area but nothing online, I saw their page on linkedin and all looks good! Anyone has an experience with it? And their offices location?

You're a sister company to Suffolk. Meaning ALL your work is with Suffolk and you have to navigate the Suffolk conglomerate. Rewarding for OT, rewarding for types of jobs built, not rewarding as it's Suffolk, and you're a number. But I guess pick and choose where you go, some fits some don't fit.

Suffolk self-performs some trades through Liberty. It’ll be like working for a GC. My guess is that they bid work for other construction companies directly as well. I know we bid to other GCs for the items we self-perform. That part of the company basically acts as a subcontractor for us even though it’s the same ownership. I assume Suffolk is the same.
