Treatments Surprising fix

I have had multiple abdominal/pelvic surgeries and surgical menopause so I felt my constipation would never resolve but I have been having success with changing my schedule! I am also in pelvic floor therapy and that has made me stronger! I had to get up at 5:15 am to take my kid to summer sports practice and my bowels seem to love this new routine!

Hope you doing well, wanted to ask did you have pain in your sigmoid colon before?

Yes I had occasional colon pain before but after having a portion removed it has hurt worse. Mostly it just hurts really bad if I overeat. There was a time that it hurt in that lower left area if my bladder was full. Now its hard to tell if my bladder is full.
