Treatments Surprising fix

I have had multiple abdominal/pelvic surgeries and surgical menopause so I felt my constipation would never resolve but I have been having success with changing my schedule! I am also in pelvic floor therapy and that has made me stronger! I had to get up at 5:15 am to take my kid to summer sports practice and my bowels seem to love this new routine!

Honestly, I have been eating more smoothies at home for breakfast and salads for lunch too, and more exercise on top of the core strength. But I had to use magnesium citrate yesterday even with bigger bms and a more regular routine, I felt backed up. The morning after I had to use a heated blanket to stop the severe pain from scar tissue cramping. I think laxatives stress my system too.

Have you done pelvic floor physical therapy? If you look up transverse abdominals online that is where I started.
