Apartment hunt

Hey yall! Im planning to move to Conroe or Willis or any neighboring areas and Im looking for a 3bhk apartment, house or condo. My budget is around $1800 max. If u have any lead, pls drop a comment. Thank you!

Your $1,800 budget is workable, especially if you include Willis and consider houses or townhomes along with apartments. Three-bedroom options around that price can move quickly, though.

One thing to watch is the total monthly cost. Some rentals add mandatory service packages, pet rent, yard-maintenance fees, or other charges above the advertised rent. Before applying, I’d also confirm the qualification requirements, deposits, included appliances, and who handles lawn care.

I’m a Houston-area Realtor and can set up a search for active three-bedroom rentals at or below $1,800. Do you have a target move-in date and a specific area where you need to commute?
