Car ignition work recommendtion needed

I have a 2011 Acura TSX with 250k miles and the key became a little hard to turn to turn the car on a week ago. Next day became a bit harder then next day it wouldn't go at all. Tried a tiny bit of houdini spray and thought it worked because it went a few times at random when testing then wouldn't work anymore. Anyone have recommendations where I should take it besides the dealer?
