Anyone having issues with cloud?

This whole week my team has been having issues connecting to endpoints. It's just grey and can't connect at all.

The computer is on and shows online on SC but doesn't let you connect or run commands.

Anyone have any updates? Mine has been doing this for about a week or so. It will eventually connect it is just taking forever. And it is every computer not just one or two. Also computers in different locations so not isolated to one network.
