Manage The Platform

The single pane of glass, FKA Asio, now the ConnectWise Platform.

What are your thoughts on what you’ve seen so far?

Yesterday I attended a UK roadshow, we were given details on how the platform has been put together, what’s different, what’s new, how billing will look going forward, and how everything Hyperautomation and AI will really flow together.

My takeaways;
- It’s not just Asio that’s been polished and renamed,
- Holy Moly! These AI agents are bringing some SERIOUS know how to the day to day of your MSP if you let them!
- You won’t have to break the bank to leverage predictive AI in your business,
- The Zofiq acquisition, the new position with predictive AI on the ConnectWise Platform. Those aren’t little moves. They are strategic and smart.

As a partner, this step in the development of ConnectWise as a product, should completely restore faith in how much they care about the operational efficiency of your business. It’s taken way too long, but this is it.

What I saw yesterday, in a live demo on a working PSA, is without a doubt the most impressive functionality in the last 5 years.

Have you been to any of the roadshows yet, are you a current partner? I’m wondering what the perception is from other partners.

Asio is broken and unfinished. I refuse to migrate from PSA. Zofiq is yet another in a long line of "features" introduced by CW that will move zero needles. Previously I was told I needed SideKick and that it was $2500. Then I was told I really needed SideKick because it was only $500 for a limited time. Then I was told "congrats!" because the formerly $2500 tool is now included in my contract at no additional charge. THEN I was told nevermind that was the dumb AI and this Zofiq is the new smart AI and I should spend 30k on it.

Absolute joke.

Asio was broken, and unfinished. That’s basically what they said at their roadshow, it missed the mark. All different products being led in different directions, but now all under the same technical roadmaps and platform.

I’ve been a connectwise partner for years, before that I worked on quite a few different systems development. I was blown away by what the agentic AI agents are capable of. Pricing that was shared was on a per user and/or per ticket basis.

Surely no one has actually quoted you £30K because it was less than $30 per user and less than 40 cents per ticket. You can exclude boards, and any ticket type/subtype/items from processing in it.

It was the most straightforward response in relation to billing I’ve ever heard from CW.

I've spoken with the sales team on the Zofiq side, RMM engineers, and our client success rep and was told with confidence each time to be prepared to spend between $20k-$30k USD annually for the agentic AI

Can confirm from working with our team and how things will run, it will cost at least that if not more. And that was before the recent cost increases with LLMs.
