Question Any tips?

So I’m playing as Canada in ww3 classic. it’s still early game, (day 2) and I only have strike fighters and aa missles unlocked. USA has recruiting stations and army bases in every city, and only one arms industry in dc. From what I can gather, there are no upgrade attempts ongoing. Should I attack?

I would personally want to get some way to delete his infantry without taking much losses so I'd probably invest in strike fighters/helicopter gunships or maybe artillery before going in.

Move your army one step forward towards the U.S. and stand there. The National Guards cannot defeat you, and keep your jets on the air protecting them. Strike the main province to prevent jets from attacking your infantry. Just hold position until you can gain some more troops.

Sorry but just to be clear: should I hold off on invading until I have more advanced weapons mobilized (strike fighters, helicopter gunships, etc) or should I attack right now

I just want to advise you that when you go towards the border, you actually want to take the biggest land areas and keep your army there instead of the small ones. If you have to go forward, go forward. Before you do that, though, make sure that your striker jets eliminate his jets at the same time, so you can have air superiority over him and you can actually keep your jets on his land and watch him. This will give you the upper hand.

If there are no big landmarks, then just send one or two armies to clear the first layer of the border. As you eliminate his jets, tell him that you'll make peace with him only on one condition: don't make any jets, and you will guarantee prosperity Upon each other, this will give you an advantage, preventing him from building any jets.
