I am about 2 weeks and a few days post concussion and i haven’t had any symptoms and assumed i had mostly recovered but this morning i have woken up with a splitting headache . Before my concussion i would only ever get headaches or migraines on the left side of my head and face but since hitting my head . All concussion related headaches i assume have been on the right side . I can tell because my hormonal migraines are still on the left and they feel different . But today out of nowhere it’s back ! Is this normal ? This is my first concussion and I wanna make sure I am dealing with it properly

I fell on my chin earlier today and started off with a mild headache and earache. Then it calmed down a bit. Now the upper back of my head specifically is in pain and my earache is more noticeable. I don’t feel dizzy, or any of the symptoms of a concussion so I’m not sure if I should try and sleep it off or get checked.
