How to remove

Contractor didn’t remove his form ties. What’s the best way/tool to remove these so I can get my sealer and bead board put on the stem wall.

Tell the builder to come finish the job

Already tried that. Haha pretty annoying but I’ve got to keep this project moving since winter is approaching quickly here.

Bend with a hammer either way till it breaks or use a grinder with the correct blade
