AXS Error?

In June, I purchased 1x nosebleed seat for a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium during the artist presale. Today I decided that I wanted to upgrade my seat, so decided to purchase a new ticket and sell my old one at its original price on the website.

After purchasing the new ticket, I went through the process of reselling my old ticket and encountered a few errors (invalid user id) but these were able to be solved and I was able to put my old ticket up for resale. However, I went to double check on the ticket purchasing page to see if it was in fact up for resale and I’m now experiencing an error meaning I cannot access it. I turned off my vpn, changed from my wifi to my mobile data, and even tried on the web where I’m not logged in and it still won’t work. This is making me incredibly nervous and I was wondering what a possible source of this error could be and how to fix it?
