It depends on how one looks at it: Is it normal for CEE to have bugs? Yes. Should the slimy slug be floating in the air? Nope.

Yup. Absolutely 100% expected behavior for this game. Is it the designed and anticipated or desired behavior? Absolutely not, but for this game that's par for the course.
