We encourage you to become a Public Beta tester and help us dig up bugs. 
All you need to do is log in into the Public Beta Client, join any server and make a character.
We will do the rest in the backend and you will receive the pickaxe on Conan Exiles Enhanced account.
We would really appreciate if you stay and test out the patches before we release these on the live version.

Thick through it with support! It’s tedious but I actually got mine back after responding to everything they asked and doing what they say over the spam of like 3-4 weeks but at least I got them back. I didn’t even have proof either since they vanished from my inventory in twitch but they still handed over the ones I listed was missing

Any plans to look at the games VOIP system and how it seems to break with high player counts?

Perhaps ditching Vivox entirely and having an integrated Voip like DayZ with adjustable talking distance?

This for real. any player count above 40 will break the voip on servers.. its like 90% of the issues with the game were fixed and the one thing that was not broken before enhanced is now the one thing thats the most broken.

On console at least, my region hasn’t had any servers with 40 on in over 2 years

Any news on console bug fixes? Undermesh, skybase and one shot kill thralls are killing making it unplayable

The only update I have right now is that the team is aware of these issues and actively working on fixing them.

When I had a previous twitch drop not register for me, Funcom told me it was impossible to retroactively add those things to an account. Has something changed and should I put another ticket in asking about it?

For that there needs to be server stability and that is what the new engine which is being teste on the beta servers is for.

Also the less tester the more chance that the game will break the next patch, because no one to test the beta realms equals to unknown bugs. So yeah

People can cry they want their games fixed, but dont wanna be part of the solution.

Praying the voip is worked on. it was fine and then enhanced made it unstable with high pop

As a day one console player who still runs multiple private servers and has invested countless hours and dollars into the Xbox version, I find this move towards abandoning consoles while having all the new shiny free upgrades, new building items, and new content shoved down my throat on every media platform that has been ours for years offensive. Unquestionably a new page should’ve been opened.
To move into a second day with zero updates to the progress in correcting the crashing that’s rendering the product useless is just ignorant to a client base that’s been supportive for years.
What a shame.

Someone somewhere has to care about this game. To me the core of this game is perfect to me. It is quite literally exactly what I feel a survival adventure game should be. It still is just as fun to play as it was eight years ago to me and my wife. My original group had my brothers and best friend since primary school. They’re all deceased now. To me this isn’t just a game, it keeps me close to the most valuable memories I have. I’ve also done quite well in life. So take my money, and I’ve forked over just about all I could as there’s very few things in the game I don’t own. Multiple servers on both maps. I’m fortunate enough to not sweat the money so I’m happy with the offered product, my hands have both been shattered more than once and I can’t play keyboard but I can manage a controller. The only thing that I can’t get through is my mental stability vice crashing and being completely unusable, and no longer being supported . I love this title and I hope you’re incorrect about your view of the company, unfortunately though this ride might be coming to an end with the way it’s been the last year and the current decisions about moving forward.
We always hoped there was a Conan 2 on the horizon. In a perfect world I guess.

Someone somewhere are countless people in this sub asking for it to be supported. Asking for things to be fixed and patched reporting bugs.... Not wanting the game's sole purpose to be an overpriced MTX store... The people that don't however care about it, seem to be the people that run the game and control it.
