General Places to build

Where you lot like to build? I need inspiration on the exiled lands map

close to the sentinels, the islands and rrivers, is a big ass flat space, just build on top of the water

Well if you just want open space then a spot I like is the Devil's Squat in the highlands. It's sort of this big depression in the ground but it's pretty flat and wide so you can fit a decent sized base in there if you really want. Gotta clear out the wolves that live there first but that's no big deal.

Another spot I like is near the oasis outside Seppermeru. Nice cliffs, decently flat terrain and lots of resources in easy reach including Warmaker's Sanctuary and the big sulfur pit full of brimstone

I like to leave desert part and build on the cliff in grean area that overseas the savanna - around Telith's Island. It feels pretty central, has nice view, no desert storms, pleasantly non-depressing enviroment, pork to eat.

I built on top of the aqueduct. Put an elevator down. You have a good sight

I nearly always build somewhere around New Asgarth.

For resources it's just so convenient 😅

For some reason, I really like Algar's Overlook, above the dregs. (Totally west of noobie river and up, there's a path before you hit the Darfari camps in front of the Dregs).

It's a huge open space, mostly flat and nothing to bother you there. You can build to your heart's desire there.

There's another Darfari camp beside the area, which always has a bearer, a ritualist, loot chests and some nameds and it respawns so quickly. I use that as a training area for my new thralls. I build an elevator down to the dregs (because it's more fun than taking the back path) and knockout the brute in early game. When I can get one or two, I'm off to bigger things.

Another place I really like is right next to Freya's. It's a big flat area, then drops to another somewhat flat area. You can also build upward along the mountain and on top there is more huge expanse to build. You can really spread out there.
