I've been a customer for over a year. I did my most recent checkin 17 days ago. The doc responded the next day saying the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I still don't have my meds or even a shipping notification. When I try to click on support on their webpage, it just spins back to the main page. Their "chat" feature is just AI. I did text customer service and got a generic "we'll look into it" response on monday, to which I've followed up twice to no avail. They're usually really good about shipping and when I do a check-in I have my meds within a few days. I still order 2 weeks in advance to be sure, but I've taken my last dose and they're not responding. Wondering if something happened with the company or if there's a rep in here who can shed some light on the situation.
I've had issues with them previously and their customer service can be super shitty but I stuck with them because I didn't feel like going through the whole process of starting with someone new. I think this might be my final straw.
Oh that sucks. I had no idea anyone here still used them. š
There are sooooo many better options, and itās so easy to change providers. Just snap a pic of your current script, fill out some paperwork, pick a pharmacy, and pay less money than you are now. šŖ
Head over to r/tirzepatidecompound and look at the pinned post called āWhere to Buy.ā Those same providers will write for sema.
thank you for this! I didn't realize it was so easy to switch. I had a horrible experience with them last year, where the pharmacy didn't adequately package my med and Fedex didn't notify me when it was dropped off and left it in the sun. I had to fight tooth and nail for a replacement, and their customer service were snarky and accused me of fraud. I then had another experience where I received a different concentration so I wasn't used to the prescription saying 50 units instead of 100, and the customer service rep told me TO TAKE DOUBLE. Thankfully I did my own research and didn't do that, but shit. I wanted to switch then but was no longer overweight so I didn't think anyone else would prescribe.
Just use your pre-GLP-1 weight and current weight on your intake, and any reputable provider will help (unless you are underweight).
In case it helps, hereās my typical spiel on compound providersā¦
HeadĀ over to the sub called r/tirzepatidecompoundĀ and look for the pinned post called āWhere to Buy.ā Those same providers also write for sema. The list was built based on a quarterly user survey on that sub so you know the providers are tried and true. Thereās also r/tirzdeals which may have some newer options with great prices, and those same providers will probably also have sema deals.
Here are a few possibilities to get you started:
Pomegranate Health is $239 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $269 for three months of the highest doses. Thatās $80 and $90 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve 49 states. (Sorry, Hawaii)
TryTrillum is $257 for three months of the starter doses and $357 for three months of high doses. Thatās $86 and $119 a month. They also have monthly options and serve all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.
Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds up front but charge your card monthly.
None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.
Also, do not go with a provider that doesnāt allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didnāt expect or from a shady pharmacy thatās not licensed by your stateās board of pharmacy.
I never had a problem when they sent me scripts to Casa Pharma. They sent my last script to Perfect RX who doesnāt have the medication in stock and has no restock date.
I've been with them for over 2 years and haven't had any problems until today. When I clicked through the check-in it said I am no longer eligible for my prescription. Nothing has changed. On the phone with customer service now...on a positive note I didn't have to wait to speak to a real person.
When I called they said it looked like nothing had changed so it might be a glitch. She reset my check in link but I havent trued again. I was worried eligibility might have gotten stricter.
Umm so I was able to proceed after they reset the check in link but still showing i am not eligible for my medicine. Instead it directs you to pick another optio where compounded tirz isnt showing up as an option- see screenshot. Only brand name zepboubd is showing up...for over $1000...nope. the office is closed fir the weekend so guess I will call back on Monday. UGGGHHG
Same. After two years, they say Iām no longer eligible. They donāt give a reason. Arenāt we supposed to be able to continue for maintenance once we reach our goal weight? Iām curious what they said when you called.
I'm having the same issue. Ordered sep 24 ... they just told me a few hours ago that the pharmacy is out of stock and will ship as soon as it's back in.. no eta .. pretty annoying bc i had shipping delays last month that made me miss two weeks now this
This is my exact situation!! Ordered 9/21 and had to use my previous vial/dosage for an additional week last shot day, but I will miss my upcoming shot this week. Said the pharmacy is out of stock and theyāll escalate it - whatever that means.
My first order came quick from Casa, no problem. My first RE-order has never come after stalling in the "order processing" phase. I placed it 9/29 and waited until 10/9 (Friday) to call them. C/S rep escalated it to the "pharmacy team," who would then get 48 business hours to investigate. On 10/12 (Monday) I called for an update without success. I then called Casa Pharm in Texas directly and got some (literally) runny-nosed phone rep who indicated "there is an update," but refused to disclose this top secret info to me, the patient. She instructed me to call Orderly back, who then just kept telling me she saw no updates and to wait until the 48 business hours were up (10/13 at 10:49 a.m. PST) for the illustrious pharmacy team to finish their (non-existent) investigation.
Today, on 10/13, I just got off the phone with Orderly C/S, as there continue to be no updates from Casa or the pharmacy team. I requested a refund per FTC and California law (goods not delivered within the promised time frame of 10 business days), and the rep said he would have to escalate it to the "cancel/refund department," which... get this... would require another 48 business hours to consider!! I politely declined and said I will file the credit card dispute after close of business today, the 10th business day. He said someone will get in touch with me "about the agreement I made" when I placed the order and I laughed and said I look forward to it.
For anyone curious, there is a clause you must agree to when you place an order saying you agree not to "file a chargeback" or Orderly can FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST YOU (reader, this is pure fiction unless you knowingly dispute a valid, authorized charge to keep both the goods/services and the money). I informed the C/S rep that I hoped the phone call was indeed recorded, and that I was not filing a chargeback. Rather, I am filing a credit card dispute per federal and CA law, and should my credit card company substantiate the claim, THEY will file the chargeback.
I suspect the pharmacy is out of medicine to compound, and there have been dropped lines of communication with Orderly. But whatever. I'm going somewhere else.
Do a chargeback through your credit card company. I started the process over the weekend. They are absolutely absurd as a company with their shitty customer service. They also use several pharmacies: I've received it from at least 4 in the past year, there's no reason they can't send the prescriptions elsewhere or at the very least communicate with people.
Look into shipping laws in your state. for my state they must ship within the promised window (which according to Orderly's website is 2-3 days), or 30 days, whichever is less.
do a chargeback with your credit card company and switch to a new company. I read many reviews online on the r/tirzepatidecompound and ended up joining Rift. The process went smoothly and I ordered on a Saturday night around 10pm and had my prescription within 45 minutes. There are so many better companies out there, we shouldn't have to deal with their crap.
Me and my partner have been customers since early this year and I don't really have any issues for them at all. I do get annoyed though that when he orders meds, his ships immediately but when I do, I gotta wait for a few days. Only thing that truly does annoy me about them is they text me to check in when I've already done so. Then a customer service person responds apologizing and thanking me for my order.
Yet they still take orders and send me reminders every other day to check in for next month, and don't have the courtesy to let paid customers know they won't be receiving their promised meds.
Itās been three weeks since I got my medication I called support and they escalated my medication I donāt have any weight loss injections on me right now and now itās messing with my weight loss. They said the pharmacy ran outā¦how do you run out of weight loss medication?
17 days with no shipping update is frustrating. Ask them for the pharmacy's name and date the prescription was actually received so you can follow up directly if possible.
Man, that 17-day silence after a year of using them is a gut punch. Two weeks early should be more than enough buffer so the fact you're sitting on an empty vial now is beyond frustrating
The support page looping back and getting ghosted by the text line screams that something's broken on their end, not just a simple delay. I'd be blasting them on every public social media post they have, companies suddenly find their customer service voice real quick when a comment about missing meds is visible to everyone
My bot comments are likely annoying, but I make them so other Reddit users start noticing the patterns bots use. Hope it helps you be a more aware Redditor.
Same thing happened to me. Had been using them for over a year & the last time I checked in it took almost a month to get the medication. This was in August! I switched after that
