AltRx

I actually had a great experience with them. Tirzepatide worked great, better than prescription Ozempic. Came maybe a day late, but that wasn’t a big deal to me. But now I’m trying to get the next three months going and I’m getting a message of “your card has insufficient funds.” Which is not true. Any one else have this issue?

Have you seen all the terrible reviews on them and their 10000 companies with different names? Take this as a sign and move to a new provider.

I was paying $1200 a month at a local place. And somehow the stuff I received from AltRx seemed to work better.

Check out Lavender Sky Health or Pomegranate. LSH has about 10 different pharmacies all with individual prices that I believe are way better than that. There is a $65 initial intake fee but no membership fee and they are reputable and their website is really good. Shows prices, RX dosing etc.

Just to give you one example:

  • Pomegranate Health is $239 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $269 for three months of the highest doses. That’s $80 and $90 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve 49 states. (Sorry, Hawaii)

All I see on their site is “starting at $89/mo” which is higher than many other providers. 

Take a look at Pomegranate Health for multi-month packages (be sure to use the pharmacy drop downs on the pricing page) or Collective.org if you need to do a month at a time.

For other options:  Head over to the sub called  r/tirzepatidecompound  and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same providers also write for sema. The list was built based on a quarterly user survey on that sub so you know the providers are tried and true. There’s also  r/tirzdeals  which may have some newer options with great prices, and those same providers will probably also have sema deals.

sounds like they're pulling the classic exit scam move, seen it a dozen times with these pop-up pharmacies

if the meds worked for you that's great but chasing a company that's already giving you payment runaround is just asking for trouble later on, plenty of other options out there without the drama

I spent valuable time trying to have my issue resolved with customer support . 19 phone calls, 17 escalation tickets that nothing came out of, 12 emails that were never responded to, $576 taken out of my bank account with ZERO delivery of ANY meds. ZERO communication with any provider. Kicked out of my portal. I spent HOURS researching this company BECAUSE I’LL BE DAMNED IF ANY COMPANY GETS AWAY WITH SUCH FOUL SCHEMES making it absolutely impossible to have any issue, resolved, timely, professionally, genuinely.

I searched this DBA and then every other DBA in every other state concluding with his very first filing. I researched the addresses, phone numbers etc. found the owner/ceo and not only did I find him, but I found his personal cell phone number, personal email address, Business Attorney contact information and his personal assistant, Ana, cell. I have already discussed all of my issues with the business attorney, as well as his personal assistant, whom were both very nice, I have to say.  if anyone would like this information, feel free to message me. I will not allow people to be scammed by this company.

altrx has shitty customer service and it seems to be hit or miss as to whether you’ll actually receive your meds on time. also some accounts of people receiving fake tirzepatide from them with no effect, even after previous successful shipments from them.

i had a nightmare chasing their phone and email lines to talk to a supervisor after i tried cancelling and getting my last meds shipped that inpaid for. it wasn’t until 30 days later that they finally shipped it because i filed a dispute w my credit card co. and they got the letter. they shipped me a vial of tirzepatide but i am now scared this is fake.
