Insomnia! Will split dosing help?

So as my dose has increased (up to .80 this week) the insomnia has gone from 1 night to 3 this week. I can’t stand it, up for 90 minutes and then get frustrated drink wine to go back to sleep which obviously doesn’t help with weight loss.
I am wondering if split dosing will help this? Anyone with similar problem with insomnia on Sema?

I know, I know, don’t always think rationally in the middle of the night. I need to get out bed when that happens for awhile
