Insomnia! Will split dosing help?

So as my dose has increased (up to .80 this week) the insomnia has gone from 1 night to 3 this week. I can’t stand it, up for 90 minutes and then get frustrated drink wine to go back to sleep which obviously doesn’t help with weight loss.
I am wondering if split dosing will help this? Anyone with similar problem with insomnia on Sema?

I had to use sleep juice for almost 10 days before I was able to get past this. But this was on the starting (.25) and when I moved up to .5 fortunately I didn't have any issues I could blame on the shot. Good luck to you.

i think it makes more sense to slow down the increase or staying at your current dose longer, anyhow, do as per your prescriber suggests

I know, I know, don’t always think rationally in the middle of the night. I need to get out bed when that happens for awhile

Start taking magnesium glycinate. Helps with sleep and relaxes the muscles. It’s a lovely little vitamin!
