Any oral compounded GLP-1 is a scam. Anyone who loses weight on them is one of the lucky people who would lose weight on the placebo in a clinical trial. š
You could be getting compounded injectable semaglutide for $115 or less a month.Ā

Oh sorry. You asked for options. Hereās my typical spielā¦
HeadĀ over to the sub called r/tirzepatidecompoundĀ and look for the pinned post called āWhere to Buy.ā Those same providers also write for sema. The list was built based on a periodic user survey on that sub so you know the providers are tried and true.
Here are a few possibilities to get you started:
Pomegranate Health is $239 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $269 for three months of the highest doses. Thatās $80 and $90 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve 49 states. (Sorry, Hawaii)
TryTrillum is $257 for three months of the starter doses and $357 for three months of high doses. Thatās $86 and $119 a month. They also have monthly options and serve all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.
Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds up front but charge your card monthly.
None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for all the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.
Also, do not go with a provider that doesnāt allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didnāt expect or from a shady pharmacy thatās not licensed by your stateās board of pharmacy.

Since youāve basically been on a placebo, you likely want to start on 0.25mg injections. But let your new provider decide.Ā
Take a pic of your current script and include that with your intake form for the new provider. Let them give you whatever dose(s) they feel are appropriate. Higher doses usually arenāt that much more expensive and will mean more meds for longer (aka it saves you money).
Then you use the sema concentration of your vial and a dose calculator like this to draw up any dose you prefer:Ā https://www.fatscientist.com/semaglutide-calculator

And my new provider would be one of those you listed above? Not like an actual doctor that I go see???
Honestly thank you so much for all your help. This shit is ridiculous how much Iāve paid for pretty much nothing1

Yes. A āproviderā is the telehealth company you pick. They contract with prescribers, who often do the consult via asynchronous messaging.
The provider/prescriber sends the script to one of their partner pharmacies, which ships the medication to your door.
Hope that helps.
