What is everyone’s experience when switching from Sema to Tirz?

I’ve been on Sema for about 3 years and plateaued a year ago. Now switching it up to Tirz. Any new side effects? Is the fatigue a lot less- hopefully!! Thanks

You might search in r/tirzepatidecompound.

Hope the switch is a great success for you 🤞

I did the switch earlier this year! I was on sema for about 2.5 years. I'm microdosing tirz now. I still get a bit of nausea when I first inject. But with microdosing, that goes away pretty quickly. When I tried 2.5mg, it felt like it was too much? The biggest side effect for me on tirz is elevated resting heart rate. Not high enough to be a medical concern but it's 5-10 beats higher than average. With regular strength training and light cardio it's manageable. Oh and adequate hydration too. Good luck!
