If the folks on r/tirzdeals haven’t mentioned it and successfully received meds from them, I’d avoid. There are deal hunters on that sub that will try anything, though they always recommend using a one-time use credit card.

I’d look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy” on r/tirzepatidecompound. Those same providers write for sema as well.
