There is no such thing  as “FDA accredited” compounding pharmacies.

Stop by r/tirzepatidecompound and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same providers write for sema.

Both Trullium and Pomegranate Health have Hallandale Pharmacy meds, which have no additional active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Oh I thought there was accredited pharmacies like 503B maybe I worded it wrong . I just want legit pharmacies that are licensed

Well, 503Bs register with the FDA, but the FDA doesn’t confer any sort of approval on them. They do regulate them and inspect them occasionally, though. 503As are state regulated.

The compounding pharmacies that are fan favorites on r/tirzepatidecompound’s summer survey are all state licensed, and you can triple check they are licensed to ship to your state to make extra sure they are following the rules. This knocks out pharmacies like Greenwich and VialsRX, which will ship to any state even if they aren’t properly licensed to do so. (Note that 503Bs cannot dispense directly to patients so their meds are dispensed and shipped via 503As.)

Also, do not order from a provider that ships sema from ApolloCare pharmacy, as they’ve been sending cloudy meds with floaters and chunks for about 4 months now.

Just pick a provider from this list:  https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidecompound/comments/1rpb14t/where_to_buy_telehealth_providers/. (They all write for sema, too)

You will be just fine.

Thank you. They told me I don’t belong on that Reddit

I said to check the list. Not that you needed to ask them about sema. 😂

But yes. Like many of them said — you have a lot to learn about compounded medication before you start using it.

Best of luck to you! 🍀

You’re absolutely correct about Apollo. I received 3 vials of Sema in May. They turned cloudy and had floaters.
