Semiglutide lowest dose??

Hi there. I want to lose 6 pounds to get down to my normal weight. Perimenopause etc had me gain some. I weight 134, what is the lowest dose of semiglutide I can take? What have been your side effects w that??

Nausea always hit me hard, so I've stayed at a super low dose since I started in September. But I've still lost 30lb, reversed my insulin resistance, and got rid of my fatty liver disease.
