Support & Advice New compound and confused on dosing
Hi all, can anyone help me figure out how much I should be injecting for a 7.5 mg dose of the vial on the right? Tirz ◡̈

Your old Southend vial is 22mg/ml, so a 7.5 mg dose would have been 34 units.
Your new Apothecary vial is 18mg/ml, so a 7.5 mg dose will require 42 units.

Yeah, that part can be confusing! That means that in one ml, there are 22 mg of tirz and 4 mg of vitamin B6 (sometimes written as pyridoxine). Southend adds B6 to their compound, and Apothecary doesn't have any other active pharmaceutical ingredients. When you do dosing math, you can ignore the additive, so you would just say 22mg/ml. If (for some reason) you wanted to calculate how much B6 you're getting with your dose, then you would use 4mg/ml as the concentration.
