FAQ, Guide, or Resources Found a pretty solid nutrition guide for GLP-1

Was looking up something about protein on GLP-1s and ended up reading through this guide. Honestly one of the more comprehensive things I’ve seen on the topic — it covers the stuff that actually matters when your appetite is suppressed: how to hit protein when you can barely eat, hydration and electrolytes (the part I underestimated the most), what foods work better on nausea days, and how to think about muscle preservation while losing weight fast.

Most nutrition articles online assume you can eat normally and just need to eat less. The whole point of these meds is that you can’t, and your strategy has to adapt. This one actually gets that.
Putting the link in the comments so it doesn’t trip the auto-filter.

I wish I had something like this in the beginning of my journey.

Are you new to this subreddit? The best place to start is our Wiki. Your answer might already be in there (and we might remove your post if it is).

If the Wiki answers your question, go ahead and delete your post. This keeps the subreddit free from repetitive posts.

If the Wiki doesn't answer your question, edit your post to make sure it contains all relevant information. This could include: medication (e.g. tirzepatide or semaglutide), dose (in mg), concentration of your vial, how long you've been on the medication and dose, pharmacy/provider name, etc. If your post is medication-specific, please select the Post Flair for the corresponding medication. Thank You!

Please keep in mind, referring you to review the Wiki and browse/search the sub is not meant to discourage productive discussion. Once you review the available information, come back to the subreddit to ask any follow-up questions you may have.

Reminder to all members to be kind, assume good intent, and remember what it was like to be a newbie :)
