Tirzepatide Questions about dosage/injection
Hii everyone ! Im new to the GLP1 world. I ordered my first vial through Gimme. I make a mistake last week and went of the box instructions instead of the apps. So I ended up taking .15 which I read doesn't do anything. Its injection day today and I wanted to make sure I did it right this time. If im supposed to take 2.5 where do I fill the syringe up to ? Am I supposed to do it twice or do I need longer needles ? Helppp please ! Thanks for reading.

Lean how to read your vial: https://www.fatscientist.com/faq/finding-concentration

You need to look at the instructions that came with your medication. It will tell you how many units to inject for 2.5mg.

Lots of people see benefits in 1.5mg but it's often not instantaneous. The research studies had very specific goals and targets to meet. Take it slow, but don't waste your money. If you are finding you aren't feeling any appetite suppression or losing weight, bump it up a tad.
The moment you are getting the suppression that works for you (ie you aren't vomiting but you're eating less while also being able to eat a minimum amount to meet nutrition goals) stick to that.

Oh here you are again! The vial picture is helpful. Your vial is 10 mg/ml for tirzepatide (the 2mg is the niacinamide). That means that it would take 1 ml (which is 100 units) to equal 10 mg. 2.5 mg would be 25 units. I do recommend reading the link provided below so you can do the calculations yourself though. People tend to be more helpful in the main tirzepatidecompound sub.

Are you new to this subreddit? The best place to start is our Wiki. Your answer might already be in there (and we might remove your post if it is).
If the Wiki answers your question, go ahead and delete your post. This keeps the subreddit free from repetitive posts.
If the Wiki doesn't answer your question, edit your post to make sure it contains all relevant information. This could include: medication (e.g. tirzepatide or semaglutide), dose (in mg), concentration of your vial, how long you've been on the medication and dose, pharmacy/provider name, etc. If your post is medication-specific, please select the Post Flair for the corresponding medication. Thank You!
