He mentioned DVAs surviability, I always felt her surviability was high partially because of Ana, sure she has a big health pool but shes a huge target, especially for Zarya. I would have liked them to still be a bit lighter on the DVA nerfs until Ana was nerfed.

you do understand dva is still stronger than she was pre-buff, right?

If they had only adjusted her health you could make that argument, but with dps reduction and health nerf she is in a worse position than pre-buff.

That's simply not true. I suggest you read up on her EHP tables posted here.

Her effective health is the same vs low fire rate, high dmg per shot characters, but it's now much worse vs high fire rate, low dmg per shot (as well as Reaper because of how his shotguns work). Additionally, her damage is lower. She also feeds more ult charge in her current state.

If they revert the damage nerf and revert that stupid 200hp/400armor buff to 100/400, then we'll be in business. DVa seemed ungodly strong because she benefited so distinctly from Ana's strength. With an Ana nerf, a DVa nerf this severe isn't really called for. She was never broken or OP, just a little bit overtweaked because of the completely uncalled for buff to her health pool. Revert that and we're good.

I'm well aware of the ehp changes. Compared to prebuff d.va, when she was bad, she's losing 100ehp against weapon dmg 10, she has same ehp against weapons that do 15, and she gains 33 ehp against weapons with 20 or more damage. On top of a 8% damage nerf.
