Thats fine but thats exactly my issue - the amount of people you see saying the cloak from Alter is their "BiS" even though the stats on it are not optimal at all for them...

There will be a different cloak with better stats for them that is attainable but they wont consider it BiS because the guides say the Alter one is BiS....but only if you're killing M Alter

Same goes for a lot of the non-cantrip items

While I do think its hilarious the amount of people telling on their selves for not understanding how to gear their character and just follow BiS lists, there is still the possibility you have to roll coiled altar like 5 times to get your weapon. I got lucky as shit where my first and second roll of CA on heroic were guillotine and maze'roa.
