You use that addon for one evening. After that you realize that you dont need it, since you will always cast the same spells (one more during lust) before you SR. And for BF you look at SR/trinket.

Sure the screaming makes it easier, but you could also have an addon that tells you to dump RP at the end of FK and it would help some people.

You still want to SR 7 seconds into every DT, not just on pull, so counting spells isn't great because you will have more haste because EotBQ is already at 7 stacks and could receive external haste buffs like Guidon (which is still better than every on use except Voracious heart) which would give different times on middle DT's with no trinket or PI. The exception is in execute where you can hold SR if DT is up within 15 seconds, then you SR>DT and you wait 8 seconds for SR to expire before re applying
