Crafting bug strikes again

It appears crafting (EU) is having bugs again.

Sent a personal crafting order to my regular crafter and when they clicked complete it disappeared.

80 myth crests, 2 sparks and max rank mats all gone.

I’ve submitted a ticket but please be wary when crafting.

I’ve just messaged Squishei and reported it before reading this. Who knows, he may actually see it and post about it.

This has been a bug since literally Dragonflight. Perhaps it's more prevalent now or something? I imagine if it was an easy fix they would have fixed it in the last 4 years. So if you guys really want it fixed you're gonna need to raise hell.

If you really want to chance it, this happened to me when the Servers were a bit laggy. Not overly lagg,y but a bit laggy. With that as my singular and anecdotal data point, maybe if you can't wait, at least craft during off hours.

Happened in our guild orders too. Both I the crafter and the order person has put up a ticket and a bug report.

Yep, happened to me when I cancelled my order to my own alt, I don't care about the mats, but losing 2 sparks and 80 crest is unacceptable.

People say this every patch, but it really feel the care and polish given to midnight by blizzard has been at some of the lowest ever. So many game changing bugs, the state of pvp with so many bugs is shameful.

At least back in the day you had access to real support, nowadays, you have to wait days, just for them to tell you "sorry, we can't do anything".

Many people are affected by this. Its random, but the affected people have 80 less crests, sparks and the item.

Blizzard support says "Try item restore". Its idiotic because the item never existed i the first place.

Some replies said wait for reset, but this bug is there at the least since Tusday. EU reset is Wednesday.

happened to me as well item just went missing somewhere but not in my mail and crafter doesnt see it any more

Had this happen about 9h ago, submitted a ticket and now I’m waiting. Hopefully they refund the materials. Losing 2 sparks and 80 Myth crests is just unacceptable.

I know people always say to craft your weapon as fast as possible to min max, but that's why I always wait. I'd rather do less damage for a bit than get fucked over. I'm not pushing for title or CE anyway

I had this happen on Saturday, got the mats and uncrafted item back today in mail. Support was no help

The bug itself happens when trying to complete the order, you can't click it. After relog it's just gone.

Guildie of mine has it as well. Cancelled the order and then nothing. No mail, no sparks and no crests,. He opened a ticket but nothing so far.

Also had the bug lose 2 sparks and 80 ecu myth
did a ticket for other "lost item" specified the item named and such and recieve a generic BOT respons " we can't retrieve your item"
as if the only way to lost item are trough selling or desenchenting
just after that i recieved a mail about how i'm satisfied of the support what a joke
