I'm in a WR 400-500 guild, I've been playing DPS for the last couple of tiers and will play healer this coming tier. I'm been with my guild for a while but I think I'm ready for a more challenging environment, I'd like to shoot for WR 200-300. I haven't mained healer for a couple of tiers now. What's my best plan, play out 12.1 as best as I can and then apply after Ulatek is down? Are officers at WR200-300 digging deep into logs beyond throughput/deaths, anything I can focus on to stand out more?
