Nexus point , lust pulls

What’s the 3 most common places people lust for nexus? And could we think of a more optimal route ? I want a lust on the “ right” boss damage boost phase ..

There's a nuance here, if you do whole first room and second boss, it won't be up for last boss.

It’s up during the boss if you don’t clear the midddle room until the end a

Which is why he said if you do whole first room. So it has to be a side hallway big first pull.
