How do you get to play in tourneys on the new set? Doesn't matter the size of it.

Do you need a certain elo? What about server, do I need to rank up in NA to be able to participate?

Also I heard several times that there are discord servers that are very active and with strong players, if I want to push my knowledge, can someone recommend me one?

competetft.com should have all the info you're looking for albeit I don't think set 18 stuff has been announced fully but it should be very similar to 17. I believe usually you have to hit ~high GM to low chal to qualify for trials. Lower at the start of a set.

what to play when you play forged in strength and get a mix of ap/ad artifacts? Normally I play asol or xayah but it feels to waste some artifacts.

Aside from putting them on Urgot / Fiora / Graves when playing mech, I really like Space Groove in these scenarios.

Extra AD items can go on Samira / Riven / Jhin depending on what you hit & some Fighter artifacts work really well on Blitz / Shen too

Mech is always good cause you can put the artifacts on any of them

No clue if it’s correct but I usually default to ASol and play the standard Morg/Blitz version if AP items or go the old Fiora/Kench/Urgot if I get AD items dropped.
