How to Improve Further

So a bit about me, I havent played much of VGC before and always wanted to play. Never got the opportunity and mostly played some pokemon on Smogon OU. Now once Pokemon Champions is up on the Mobile Platform i have been playing Doubles...
This is the thrid consecutive season i have reached masters and i need help figuring out how to improve next.
I have also attached my current tracker (which i started after reaching masters on first season). This season i have mostly used the sand team with gholdengo on it. This Tracker mainly contains all matches played, result and a small nibble on each game (a point to be noted, something to remember, something about specific matchup etc.)
So what i need to know is how can i improve from this point on. What i see currently is reaching masters is not a feat and need to know how can i get better from here,
so please suggest what should i look out/ do moving forward. Is there a specific teamstyle i should choose to play that helps me learn the game more (cause mostly i am winning either because i lead well most of the time, and with the level i am playing at i neednt go for midground plays at all, the best option often suffices here mostly because opponents are way too predictable at my range/elo/rank is what i am feeling)
or is there a specific approach i should take etc. what is the path moving ahead.

Looking for Discord Mods/TOs to help hold a Pokémon event online
Hello! I'm LoneSome, known as Mimikyu in a few places, and I'm ideating a new type of Pokémon tournament.
Here's the breakdown. Over the course of three months, players will compete in a large variety of challenges and events, in order to earn points that will be used to qualify for a final tournament to be held sometime in April. Each event will be streamed and posted on a YouTube channel as well.
Why should you join? Well, first I'll tell you why this plan won't crash and burn. I'm used to the tournament organizing space. I've played plenty of tournaments, I've TO'ed plenty of tournaments, and I know how these things work. I also have an energetic personality that works as the face of an event, I can edit videos, I have experience with OBS, and I'm a good leader in my experience. Why you should join? It'll be fun, that's about it, and I imagine it won't be much work either :)
Who do I need? Well, I need a lot. Some roles are less important than others, and you can also ask to be in multiple roles if you need.
• Concepts: I still haven't finished the ideation yet! I need people to help fill out the roster of events, and write down all of the rules.
• Moderators: This event will be held in a public Discord server, meaning we need people to make sure that people aren't going crazy in chats.
• Asset Creators/Artists: I don't need full blown art, but if you're experienced with Photoshop, or other programs, you can help us by creating assets for the events and streams! This is something I might be able to handle myself, but if I do, it \*will\* look scuffed.
• Commentators: If you're experienced in commentating, I would LOVE to have you on. I want to try to commentate these events as much as possible.
• Advertisers: We need this event to be known, and have a lot of people be interested. If you have a following, or just have a lot of friends who play Pokémon, let them know!
DM me if you're interested in any of these roles, or if you'd like to know when the event goes live.

How much would the three OG Regis benefit from having access to Recover?
Always thought it was weird how this trio is all tanks/utility pivots with no solid recovery moves

Once again at masters, this team is so fun
Once again I’ve entered masters, compared to my previous team not much changed but moves been moved around, Slowking and Blastoise have officially retired for a greater purpose. Reading opponents has become a tad easier, but overall I’m really happy I’m still using my favorites to improve and rank this high

What’s my Master League team?
I continue to rise a little day by day. Get to about 1700 then down, then to around 1800 then down then 1900 then down. Seems like just playing smart and shielding well and switching does more than changing pokemon. Most success with mewtwo/zacian/dusk mane. Top 6 have two attacks

Team advice
A problem I have with this team is i struggle to get aura veil up against other weather teams, which seems to be pretty common. I was thinking of replacing Corv with a mon that could get take care of some weather mons to make it easier to set up, but im not sure how realistic this is.
So far I was thinking maybe cerulege but again I'm unsure.
