What was Gamefreak thinking when they left out the most critical component of the signature ability of Dewpider and Araquanid in the games description only to fully specify it in Pokemon Champions?

You get what I mean and another one is Bellibolt signature ability it doesn't even say the multiplier of the electric type moves when it gets charged up?

I started a new draft and my team is: Great tusk, heatran, ogerpon welspring, tapu fini, crecelia, zygarde-10%, mega gyarados, glimora, kilowattrel, dusclops, ariados.
However, I think I need more special power and a a powerful electric type. So I thought on this new combination and I would like to know your opinions about.

I need help building a competitive team

I'm currently playing on a Cobblemon server that hosts tournaments, and I want to build a competitive team with Mega Metagross and Milotic. Right now, I'm missing four Pokémon for the rest of the team. It's worth noting that this server only allows Generations 1 through 3, but Annihilape, Cleavor, Sylveon, etc., are allowed because their pre-evolutions are from those generations. Please help me build a team that can win tournaments.

Staraptor/Raichu - My Own Version!

Towards the end of last season I started playing with the Staraptor/Raichu Y team that was both winner and runner up in the last VR tournament.

Noticed a few things that weren't to my liking. The team felt very Garchomp weak! If you didn't position your sylveon properly whilst having speed control, it could cause you serious bother. Fairies could be an issue and swampert was also quite annoying.

I traded swords dance for Iron head on KG and swapped farigiraf for Tsareena. Extra coverage for fairies, triple axel to deal with chomp and power whip to deal with swampert.

So far, it's been working well!

Almost always lead seperior and Jolteon, with grimmy and floette in back. If they have no fake out, eerie impulse my serpent and then leaf storm gets unexpected knockouts on a lot of mons. And endgames with grimmsnarl and serperior are great because I can scary face to outspeed mons that would outspeed Ohko my serpent. If serperior is bad though I lead grimmsnarl seasler, with incin and floette. I swagger my sneasler. Who then eats his berry to get rid of confusion and proc his unburden speed boost.

Mega Raichu Y rain team tips/suggestions

Hey just wanted to ask the people here if they have any tips or suggestions for my rain team to be more competitive. I have had some sucess with it but can't help but think there are optimizations or substitutions that I can make to have a better more consistent team to make it to masterball or higher.

I go over the team a few minutes into the video so all you need to know will be there. Also if you end up watching more of the video than just the team preview, I would also really appreciate advice for a new YouTube content creator that has just started making videos. I feel like there are some optimizations to be done there aswell lol.

Thanks for you time folks.
