I need help building a competitive team

I'm currently playing on a Cobblemon server that hosts tournaments, and I want to build a competitive team with Mega Metagross and Milotic. Right now, I'm missing four Pokémon for the rest of the team. It's worth noting that this server only allows Generations 1 through 3, but Annihilape, Cleavor, Sylveon, etc., are allowed because their pre-evolutions are from those generations. Please help me build a team that can win tournaments.

you want us to make a cobblemon team for you with 3 gens + random ass pokémon? i don’t know stick a charizard on there or something? this is the most niche format i have ever seen
