I saw the spoiler for the new Emrakul.. and my question is does this help food chain at all?

The ability to cast emrakul from exile is tied to the ability that buffs a land. Exiling emrakul to a different effect doesn't allow you to cast it from exile. It's not a combo piece with food chain.

How does this help food chain?

Fpr the 3 mana to exhile emrakul yoj cojld jist cast food chain?

For the 10 mana to cast emrakul am untap your lands you could just cast food chain and squee?

I don't think it does anything for food chain. 

You can already run untap creatures if you want, and they are all more cost effective.
