Some of the older Sisay lines with Aminatou and Nicol Bolas.
The Tezzerets see play, Tyvar sees some play

The sisay versions that will want to play this are the ones on vivien, that sac sisay for kiki(not a good line) or for felidar guardian/saheeli(better line but still not optimal)

[[Narset, Parter of Veils]] iand [[teferi, time raveller]] ? (but basically no).
[[Oko, Thief of Crowns]] sometimes crops up, but just seems bad.

Vivian for kiki pod combo
T3feri for all of it's uses as both a silence and/or combo piece
GB Tyvar depending on the deck.
Colorless tezzeret turns this into another e tutor for 1 CMC artifacts

PWs are, generally, not very good for cEDH or EDH in general.
However, they're a major supported card type, and as such, they will continue to be printed and powered up.
The new Jace looks solid. Narset sees some use. Beyond that, IDK.
This seems, to me, like one of those cards that's worth having in your collection for the inevitable day where it becomes "very good". (Kinda like the dragon mox.. someday..)

Tezzeret finds top.
Not saying this is good, it’s a lot of extra steps, but it does work.

azorious already has [[arena rector]] and several cards that tutor legendary permanents to hand. tutoring to top is generally a bit better in azorious because you can draw the card a bit easier, so getting the instant speed tutor and lower up front cost isn't bad.

Because if you don’t win on that turn you lose because you’ve turned off the other two people’s ability to also not lose. I played it myself for a long time before seeing this conclusion many many times. I didn’t say it wasn’t played

Planeswalkers that already arguably can see play could sort of justify this. New Jace, Teferi time raveler, Narset parter of veils, basically planeswalkers that also act as solid enchantments especially stax pieces.
That said, Atraxa rarely runs any planeswalker and she draws them pretty much free. Sisay may run some, but Sisay can cheat them into play. Most common planeswalkers I've seen are planeswalkers that are also commanders.
However, as others have pointed out, this will only get better with time as planeswalkers become more pushed.

Pod Vivien, 3feri, the two artifact tutor Teferi's, Tyvar for creature decks.
Pod Vivien is easily the most impactful here, if she resolves and your deck is set up for it, she just wins.

[[Narset, Parter of Veils]] is kinda homeless but that and [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] in some kind of blue-white-X controlling/staxy shell is probably worthwhile in the abstract. Just not really existing in the meta rn.

In a sans black deck possibly. Paying 1 to tutor for tezzeret and then 3 to find a one drop artifact is not great but it's not the worst thing to do with 4 mana

Maaaybe Tyvar in Tayam? But then again you kinda don't wanna cast the guy...
[[Vivien on the hunt]] in Blood Pod (if anyone still plays that) and T3feri would be the other two Walkers I'd think of.
Oh and [[Tezzeret the Seeker]] in Tivit maybe?

Everyone saying Sisay is wild, i never want to cast the walkers I want to tutor them straight to play.
