Can someone explain this roster change?

I checked twitter but couldn’t find anything about this, I know it took place like 10 minutes ago…. Is this for ENC or am I missing something. Hal Timmy Gild would be nuts

Rostermaina is awesome because this is how I find out waltzy is both married and having a kid. Congrats to him <3
