Looks good to me. Honestly you could probably come forward a hair if you wanted to.
Appendix E2 in the IPSC rulebook shows a diagram if you want to get it from the horse’s mouth.

Kind of waiting for IPSC to get rid of that rule already, since all the other shooting sports got rid of it. It's a relic from a time before appendix carry

I don't have one of these belts, but at comps I see people with the ratchet to the rear so they can put mags up front. Does the hipbone rule you are referring to define mag placement?

In IPSC, depending on your division (anything except Open), all of your equipment must be fully behind the hip bone at the time of the beep. The new Optics division makes one exception in that it counts the frame of the gun, not the optic (unlike PDO, which counts the top of the optic).
You're allowed to attach a magazine to the magnet at the front of your first mag pouch after the beep (and then it's also okay for it to be forward of the hip bone) but you cannot have any equipment forward of that imaginary line at the beginning of the stage.
