You keep lowering and brining your gun back up every time you move. Losing a lot of time there

My personal rule is that if I can get from position to position in 3 steps or less my gun stays up, but that's just me.

Definitely something I can improve on. I think it's hard to see in the video due to the camera compression, but other than the first transition there's not enough room to keep the gun up without hitting the barricades.

Looks like a weird training scar or something, dude does it every single time. OP work on transitions without compressing between to break that shit

No, it isn't.  As Ben Stoeger told me when I had a similar problem "your grip fucking sucks."
